Dubai Real Estate Corporation Land Asset Management has launched its new customer service office located at the ground floor of the wasl Building, Mankhool Road, Bur Dubai - See Location Map.The customer service office is open from 8 am to 4 pm Sunday thru Thursday and only supports the following land services:

• Lease transfer
• Change of Commercial Name / Trade License
• Change of Use / Area
• NOC Letters
• Short-term Leases
• All other general land services

*Kindly note that all land lease renewals and sub-lease fee payments should be completed at our Al Hudaibah Branch.
