Service Request steps:
- Visit e-service page
- Click on e-service
- Log in to your account
- Chose service request
- Select the plot want to transfer
- Select transfer category
- Upload all documents
- Pay fees and submit the application
Current Tenant
Documents Required
- Copy of current main contract
- Current trade license copy (reflecting partners as well)
- Copy of the Affection Plan
- Copies of the shareholders' valid passports
- NOC from all partner + IBAN number
- Certification of completion
- Note: All PDC cheque should be released before transfer
- Note: All Sub lease fees should be paid on the time of transfer
