Change Activity
To initiate the seamless process of 'Changing Activity', kindly proceed by following the specified and outlined steps, and then click on 'Start Service.'
Service Request steps:
- Visit e-service page
- Click on e-service
- Log in to your account
- Chose service request
- Select the plot
- Select request type : NOC
- Select the category : Change activity
- Upload all documents
- Pay fees and submit the application
- You will receive the e-agreement with updated ejari by email
- Request will be submitted to Dubai municipality for approval
Documents Required
- Non objection from all partner for Changing the activity
- Copy of valid lease contract
- Copy of valid trade license + partner list
- Copy of Emirates ID
